TRUTH AS EVIDENCE performed in the Indian Treaty room at THE WHITE HOUSE with collaborators: Nyugen Smith, Washington DC youth, and Incarcerated youth. Washington DC Youth carry voices submitted by Incarcerated youth to the ear of two performers stationed in referee shirts at typewriters. Statements are whispered, recorded, and expanded as Smith and Pope attempt to channel incarcerated youth in poetic verse. ​ ​
